The "SME Tech" is a service that provides a dedicated engineer to support your office with on-site service supplemented with phone support. This service gives your business the security of having both computer and network support as well as limiting overhead by not having to keep a full-time engineer on staff. With the "SME Tech" service, an engineer shows up at your office anywhere from once a month to multiple times a week, depending on your needs. While on site the engineer will devote time to any of the following areas:

• Fix computer problems remotely or on-site.
• Provide one-on-one or group training.
• Provide assistance with your office applications including Microsoft Office, Windows, E-mail, etc.
• Assist your company in the purchasing of new equipment by offering advice that is tailored to the needs of your company.
• In addition, your "SME Tech" has access to additional resources from the main SME office. If your Tech were to ever run into a complex problem he or she has the ability to consult with our experts to solve the problem and get your office up and running with as little down time as possible.

Finally, your company will be provided a support phone number to call whenever problems arise. Our help desk will either walk you through your problem, fix your problem remotely through a secure shell or Terminal Server, or contact your Tech who will arrive on-site with a solution.
